​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board offers evening credit courses under the Ontario Secondary School curriculum guidelines. Parents and students should consult with their day school Guidance Counsellor regarding their course selections, prerequisite courses and diploma requirements. Course selections must be made in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum guidelines. You can earn one credit each semester at night school. Diploma requirements are listed on the Ontario Ministry of Education website.​

Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays – February 12 to May 28, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

How to Register: 

1.      Students currently attending a day school, must apply through their Guidance Office. 

2.      All other applicants not attending a day school must send in a Registration Form and a copy of high school transcript or report card (if they are under 21 yrs old).

NEW ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT for Peel District School Board and Private Schools Students:
Each registration must include an updated Credit Counselling Summary indicating student's current timetable​.

February 13, 2018 – Final Walk-in Registration Night

February 19, 2018 – Family Day - No Classes

March 7, 2018 - Early Warning Report

March 12-16, 2018 - March Break - No Classes

April 2, 2018 - Easter Monday - No Classes

April 9, 2018 – Midterm Exam

April 11, 2018 – Midterm Report Cards Distributed

April 18, 2018 – Last opportunity to drop without full disclosure

May 21, 2018 - Victoria Day - No Classes

May 23, 2018 – Final Exam
*ALL STUDENTS must write their Final Exam on May 23, 2018

May 28, 2018 – Final Day of Classes
*Students must attend to pick-up report card and review exam

     
Textbooks:

Students must have their own textbooks. Textbook information will be provided to students on the first night of classes.  While it is expected that you will purchase a textbook, there is no obligation to purchase via the textbook distributor.  Canadian School Book Exchange is a company which will be available for students to purchase textbooks.
