Site Application Links will be made available online through the DPCDSB Extended French Webpage starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. The online application process involves the uploading of the two completed required documents (Extended French – Registration - 2023-2024 and a PDF copy of the Grade 4 Term 1 Student Report Card) and submitted to the appropriate Extended French Site Application Link by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. More information will be provided at the information sessions mentioned above.

To help spread the word of the importance of self-screening and staying home if ill, we ask that parents:
- screen their child every day before attending school using the Self Assessment tool: www.covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment. The Ontario government has launched a new online and interactive COVID-19 screening tool for parents before their children go to school. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/
- keep any child at home who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
