IB Information Presentation

Following a review of the registration process at St. James CGLC, trustees and DPCDSB staff have made a change with respect to the waitlist. Each year, a waitlist is created through a random selection process in each grade if there are not enough spaces with respect to that grade to accommodate all applicants. That has NOT changed. What has changed is the waitlist closing date. The closing date for the waitlist used to be on June 30th. Now, the closing date and time for every waitlist will coincide with the first PA day in September at 3:59 P.M.

Please note that our classes are capped at the following numbers:

Kindergarten - Grade 3:  23 students per class

Grades 4 - 8:  27 students per class
