The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board offers evening credit courses under the Ontario Secondary School curriculum guidelines. Parents and students should consult with their day school Guidance Counsellor regarding their course selections, prerequisite courses and diploma requirements. Course selections must be made in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum guidelines. You can earn one credit each semester at night school.​ Diploma requirements are listed on the Ontario Ministry of Education website.​

Night School 2020-2021


SPRING – April 6 – June 22, 2021

Please note: There will not be classes on April 13, 2021 & April 15, 2021 due to the change in the Mid-Winter Break. 
As a result of the change to the Mid- Winter Break, night school classes will now start at 5:20 p.m. to 9:40 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

 
Important Dates
May 18 – Mid Term Assessment
May 20 – Mid Term Report Cards completed
May 25- 27 – Mid Term Report Cards sent via DPCDSB Student email
June 1 – Last day to drop a course without full disclosure
June 17 – Final Assessment
June 22 – Final Report Cards completed
June 22 – Last day of Night School
June 25 – 29 – Distribution of Final Report Cards via DPCDSB Student Email

Students must have their own textbooks. Textbook information will be provided to students on the first night of classes.  While it is expected that you will purchase a textbook, there is no obligation to purchase via the textbook distributor.  Canadian School Book Exchange is a company which will be available for students to purchase textbooks.
