Community Policy Feedback Guidelines
As per Policy P-0001 Overall Governance: Mission, Vision, Multi-Year Strategic Plan, By-Laws, and Policies, community partners, staff, and parents/guardians are invited to provide feedback on policies that are to be reviewed in the 2025-2026 school year, as appropriate. This initiative aligns with DPCDSB’s mission, vision, and Multi-Year Strategic Plan and deepens our value of trust by strengthening our relationship with community members while striving for transparency and accountability.
All policy feedback must be submitted prior to the response due date indicated in the table below. Feedback received after the date will not be considered during the review process. All emails must indicate the policy name and number in the subject line (e.g., P-0000 Procedural By-Law). Please note, you will receive an automated response confirming receipt of your email.
